Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pituitary adenoma was diagnosed by postoperative pathology; 2. Pituitary adenoma was removed for the first time; 3. The age ranged from 18 to 65 years; 4. With ability of reading and writing; 5. Informed consent, can cooperate with 3 months follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease can not tolerate exercise program; 2. Patients with bone and joint diseases can not measure muscle strength; 3. Second operation within three months after operation.
