Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults >= 18 years; 2. Patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (stage I-IV) diagnosed by clinical, imaging and pathology; 3. Have an education level above elementary school, can read, listen, speak and write, and can understand and answer questions correctly; 4. Clear consciousness and able to express their wishes correctly; 5. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing other medications or psychotherapy during the intervention. 2. Have previous mental illness and no special medication; 3. Combined with serious diseases of other vital organs.
