Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with submucosal myoma, polypectomy and mediastinal hysterectomy by hysteroscopy; 2. Aged 18-55 years; 3. Clinical and laboratory tests showed normal liver and kidney function; 4. No serious systemic disease 5. Get informed consent to participate in the study and agree to take contraceptive measures within 3 months after surgery; 6. Good compliance, willing and able to follow up and observe as required after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Weight > 100 kg; 2. Postmenopausal women (FSH > 40 mIU/ml, estradiol <20 pg/ml), pregnant women; 2. Patients with intrauterine adhesions; 3. Pelvic inflammation, reproductive tract malignancy and other systemic diseases causing abnormal uterine bleeding, postmenopausal women.
