17 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent EGD in the outpatient department; 2. Patients aged between 18 and 70 years; 3. Patients diagnosed with HGMUE by endoscopy and pathology.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy; 2. Achalasia, diffuse esophageal spasm or other primary esophageal motility disorders that may cause LPR; 3. Collagen vascular disease or other autoimmune disease; 4. Pharyngeal organic diseases, esophageal varices, or previous esophagogastric surgery; 5. Other chronic diseases, such as diabetes, that may affect esophageal motility; 6. Severe uncontrolled medical illness.
