Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female patients aged 18-70 years; 2. Hp positive infection was diagnosed by endoscopic rapid urease test and 13C-urea breath test; 3. Patients who have not used antibiotics, bismuth, H2RA, PPI and other drugs within 2 month; 4. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Helicobacter pylori negative patients; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. History of gastrointestinal malignancy; 4. Any history of esophageal, gastric, and duodenal surgery 5. Serious insufficiency of heart, liver, kidney, lung and other important organs and congenital diseases; Such as grade IV cardiac insufficiency, liver failure, uremia, respiratory failure, hemophilia, Wilson's disease, etc.; 6. People who are allergic to the drugs used; 7. The guardian or patient refuses to be enrolled; 8. Alcohol and/or drug abuse (addiction or dependence) or poor compliance as judged by doctors 9. Persons without legal capacity or poor self-knowledge.
