18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged from 18 to 85 years; 2.General anesthesia surgery, and the operation time is expected to take longer than 2 hours; 3.BMI <= 35 kg/m2; 4.Patients are transferred to the ICU after surgery; 5.Informed consent form was obtained.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Mechanical Ventilation time after Surgery >= 24 hours; 2.Obstructive sleep apnea; 3.Hemodynamically unstable(need Vasoactive drugs to maintain blood pressure:Noradrenaline > 0.5ug/kg/min or Dopamine > 10ug/kg/min); 4.Craniocerebral surgery, lobectomy, cardiac surgery, esophagus surgery; 5.PPCs related diseases were present before randomization,for example:Pneumothorax, pneumonia, pleural effusion; 6.Preoperative disturbance of consciousness or mental illness (GCS <= 14); 7.Participating in other clinical studies; 8.Pregnancy.
