Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The applicant with good general condition and ability to accept bronchoscopy, Aged 18 to 75 years; 2.American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) patient classification I~II; 3.No abnormal coagulation function, normal blood routine, normal biochemical electrolyte; 4.Patients with bronchoscopy for the first time; 5.Normal mind, can cooperate with the examination; 6.They clearly understand and voluntarily participate in the study, and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, arrhythmia, recent angina pectoris, myocardial infarction; 2.Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma history, allergic rhinitis and pharyngitis; 3.Body mass index >= 30 kg /m^2; 4.Patients with atmospheric tract stenosis, difficult airway; 5.Recent use of glucocorticoid, bronchodilator; 6.Have a history of allergy to narcotic drugs, and can not be replaced by other drugs.
