Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Stroke within 1 to 12 months of onset; 2.Aged 18 to 75 years; 3.Ultrasonographic findings subacromial bursa thickness > 2mm or liquid dark area with no echo > 2mm, the formation of effusion in tendon sheath of brachii biceps longcephalis tendon, or the tendon shape became round and increased, and there was no echo around the liquid dark area; 4Physical examination: the tenderness of biceps sulcus was positive for Neer's sign (+) and Yergason sign. 5.Visual analog scale (VAS) of shoulder pain >= 3 score; 6.MMSE > 20, to ensure the patients can make their own decision to participate in the research and report changes in pain; 7.Patients had received SASD bursa and (or) LHBT sheath corticosteroid injection;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Poorly controlled diabetes (HbA1c > 7.0); 2.The presence of another obvious explanation for the pain (ie, fracture, radiculopathy, myofascial pain, central neuropathic pain); 3.Local infection after injection; 4.The presence of an unstable medical condition or a known uncontrolled systemic disease, including cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, endocrine disease, major depression, or schizophrenia; 5.Incapable of communication owing to severe aphasia and cognitive deficits; 6.Ashworth grade 3 and grade 4 for improved critical muscle strength of the affected upper limb; 7.History of allergies to compound betamethasone (tiboasone) and lidocaine.
