Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients after orthotopic heart transplantation, signed an informed consent form to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with early graft failure within 24-48h after transplantation requiring clinical support or intensive care treatment; 2.Severe renal failure (renal clearance < 30ml/min/1.732); 3.Pregnant and lactating female patients; 4.Contraindications to MRI examination..
