Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Both male and female patients with a clear history of exposure to N2O and a history of short-term frequent inhalation, and meeting the diagnostic criteria for substance use disorder in DSM-5; 2.Acute, subacute or chronic onset, with clear symptoms of cognitive decline, such as memory loss, disorientation, attention loss, slow reaction, learning ability, etc.; 3.To participate in the study voluntarily, all subjects should be informed of the study purpose, method, possible discomfort and risk in detail before enrollment, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with organic brain diseases; 2.Abusers of psychoactive substances ; 3.Patients with contraindications for hyperbaric oxygen therapy; 4.Patients with cognitive decline caused by other organic substances or drugs cannot be excluded.
