Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Past physical fitness, no history of abnormal neurological diseases, no diabetes, high blood pressure, hyperlipidemia, no mental illness, no long-term smoking, alcoholism, no hormonal drugs, etc.; 2.No contraindications related to MR examination, Able to tolerate MR examination with good cooperation; 3.Right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.MR plain scan found brain tumors, brain atrophy, previous intracranial hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage and other organic or neurological diseases; 2.Known bleeding tendency; 3.Any active bleeding in the past month (gastrointestinal, urinary tract bleeding, etc.).
