Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily sign informed consent, understand the study, and be willing to follow and able to complete all the test procedures; 2. Male or female, age >= 18 years old; 3. The patients with histologically confirmed differentiated thyroid cancer were classified as t4a-bn0-1m0-1 according to the AJCC TNM staging of the 8th edition of 2017; 4. According to RECIST 1.1, at least one measurable target lesion (the lesion with the longest diameter >= 10 mm, or the lymph node with the short diameter >= 15 mm) was confirmed by imaging examination during the screening period; 5. The researchers determined that the patients may benefit from lenvatinib and the patients voluntarily accept the treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participating in any intervention study other than routine clinical practice; 2. Patients with hypersensitivity to lenvatinib active ingredients or any excipients listed in [ingredients] 3. Pregnancy or lactation, or expected pregnancy or childbirth in the experimental period; 4. Patients who were considered unsuitable for this trial due to other reasons.
