Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age above 50 years old; 2. Subjects must voluntarily participate in this study and abide by the study regulations, understand and abide by the follow-up plan, and voluntarily sign the written informed consent; 3. Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia patients;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, and psychosis; 2. Those whose data are incomplete or whose safety judgment is made.
