Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed with diabetes and aged 18 to 75 years; 2. CKD patients with estimated glomerular filtration rate (EGFR) calculated by CKD-EPI formula >=15mL/min/1.73m^2 and =80 and =40 kg; 6. Agree and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffer from malignant tumor, acute severe infection, serious respiratory, digestive or circulatory diseases and mental diseases; 2. Have other definite diseases that cause CKD, such as polycystic kidney disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, primary glomerulonephritis, etc.; 3. The merger of myelodysplastic syndrome, multiple myeloma, inherited blood diseases (such as thalassaemia and sickle cell anemia and pure red cell aplastic anemia), hemosiderosis disease, hemochromatosis disease, or other causes anemia, chronic kidney disease (CKD) and blood coagulation disorder or high coagulation state in patients; 4. There was a history of gastrointestinal bleeding and other active bleeding 4 weeks before enrollment; 5. A history of roxathat or HIF-PHI.Previous/accompanying clinical research experience; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. Any medical condition, including an active, clinically significant infection, that the Investigator believes may pose a safety risk to subjects, may confuse efficacy or safety assessments, or may affect subjects' participation in the study.
