Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with stroke, and meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke issued by the World Health Organization in 1978[9]; 2. Male or female patients aged 18 to 75 years; 3. Walk independently for at least 10 meters (with or without AFO); 4. MMSE[10] cognitive function score >= 24, communicate simply and follow instructions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease or other acute diseases cannot participate in the trial; 2. Patients with balance deficits not related to stroke and a high risk of falls during the study period; 3. Unable to complete the cognitive computing tasks used in the dual-task walking paradigm; 4. Those who are unwilling to sign the informed consent.
