18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Breast cancer patients group: (1) Women aged over 18 years without smoking history; (2) Clinical physical examination and imaging examination suggest a breast lump, which is confirmed by pathological diagnosis after operation; (3) No operation, radiotherapy, chemotherapy or endocrine therapy was given; (4) Informed consent. 2.Normal control group (1) Women aged over 18 years without smoking history; (2) They are in good health; (3) No recent infectious diseases; (4) Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient had a history of smoking; 2. The patient has received surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and endocrine therapy; 3. Combined with other tumors or history of other tumors; 4. Chronic diseases, such as diabetes; 5. Recent local or systemic infection; 6. The function of lung ventilation is abnormal; 7. The patient had no self-knowledge.
