Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All neonates admitted to our department's NICU during the study period and normal neonates born in obstetrics department during the study period; 2. Obtain the informed consent of the guardian of the child; 3. Complete case datas in admission records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neonates with congenital malformation, congenital genetic metabolic disease, chromosomal abnormality, or other congenital diseases confirmed upon admission to the NICU; 2. Children admitted to NICU due to liver or kidney disease or neonatal hypothyroidism.
