18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 75 years, male or female; 2.Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma or adenosquamous cell carcinoma (mainly squamous cell differentiation) was confirmed by histology; 3.It is unresectable advanced recurrent or metastatic esophageal cancer; 4.Examinee must not be suitable for radical treatment, such as radical chemoradiotherapy and / or surgery; 5.There was no previous systemic treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who have previously used chemotherapy drugs / targeted drugs / immunotherapy; 2.Known allergies to arotinib hydrochloride, ak-105 or any component; 3.Patients with brain metastasis or meningeal metastasis symptoms or need treatment; 4.Imaging (CT or MRI) showed that tumor invasion of adjacent organs (artery or trachea) of esophageal lesions resulted in high risk of bleeding and fistula.
