Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Day surgery: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years; 2. No serious comorbid diseases; 3. There is no obvious abnormality in the function of important organs; 4. ASA<=ii level; 5. Meet the requirements of day operation procedures; 6. The patient was accompanied by an adult 24 hours after being discharged from the hospital. Ward surgery: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years; 2. No serious comorbid diseases; 3. There is no obvious abnormality in the function of important organs; 4. ASA<=ii level.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With impaired coagulation mechanism and bleeding tendency; 2. Breast cancer in pregnancy; 3. Combined COPD, asthma; 4. Multiple pulmonary nodules considering intrapulmonary metastases or distant metastases; 5. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction and those who cannot tolerate general anaesthesia; 6. Patients with complex surgical approach, high surgical risk, high surgical trauma and long surgical time, e.g. requiring skin graft, extended radical treatment (internal breast lymph node dissection), supraclavicular lymph node dissection, prosthesis combined with autologous reconstruction, etc.
