Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Patients with hyperparathyroidism secondary to chronic kidney disease and planned to undergo elective parathyroidectomy; 3. Willing to cooperate with the research executors to complete various inspections and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiovascular disease, such as acute heart failure; 2. No hemodialysis was performed the day before the operation; 3. Patients with pleurisy, pulmonary interstitial disease, and previous chest surgery; 4. Other exclusion criteria included malignancy, active infection, contraindications to radial artery puncture, and patients unwilling to participate in the study; 5. Emergency surgery patients.
