Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes by an endocrinologist according to WHO1999 diabetes diagnosis and classification criteria; 2.Aged 18 years or above; 3.Have clear consciousness and understanding ability, and be able to communicate with researchers in writing or speech; 4.Sign informed consent and voluntarily participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cognitive impairment or inability to act autonomously, inability to cooperate, or inability to express clearly; 2.Suffered from acute or serious diabetes complications (such as dialysis) at the investigation time; 3.Complicated with serious organic diseases, such as severe or acute heart, brain, lung, liver or kidney diseases, severe or acute infections, tumors, severe immune system or hematologic system diseases; 4.Having a definite diagnosis of mental illness or taking antipsychotics.
