18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Elective thoracic lobectomy; 2.ASA i-iii grade; 3.Aged > 18 years; 4.Weight 40-120kg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The patients had obvious neuropsychiatric disorders and cognitive impairment before operation, drug users and other long-term use of antipsychotic drugs, abnormal liver and kidney function; 2.There are contraindications to esketamine use: (1)Patients who are allergic to esketamine active ingredients or all excipients; (2)Patients with severe risk of elevated blood pressure or intracranial pressure; (3)Patients with poorly controlled or untreated hypertension (arterial hypertension, resting systolic / diastolic blood pressure exceeding 180/100mmHg); (4)Preeclampsia and eclampsia; (5)Untreated or undertreated patients with hyperthyroidism (hyperthyroidism); (6)Patients with decompensated shock or cardiac insufficiency; (7)Patients with increased intracranial pressure.
