Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Boy diagnosed with hypospadias; 2. Underwent one-stage urethroplasty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous penile or urethral surgery; 2. Staged surgery is required; 3. Complicated with other serious complications or serious underlying diseases, such as diabetes, hemophilia, etc; 4, Patients with disorder of sex development; 5. Patients only need meatal advancement.
