Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male nurses working in the emergency department; 2. Have the Nurse Practicing Certificate; 3. More than 1 years of clinical nursing experience; 4. Get informed consent and be willing to participate in the investigation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses in advanced study, nurse students in practice and nurses in probation period; 2. Refuse to record.
