Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: paitents undergoing raniotomyc and blood products transfusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Hematological diease; 2.Liver dysfunction; 3.Anti-coagulation and/or anti-platelets treatment; 4.DVT and/or PE; 5.Abnormal coagulation function.
