Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >= 65 years; 2.Undergoing elective off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refused to participate in this study; 2. There is respiratory failure that requires respiratory support before surgery; 3. Preoperative heart failure, requiring external heart assist devices; 4. Emergency surgery; 5. Counted from the date of randomization, the life expectancy of the patient is less than 30 days; 6. Is participating in another clinical study.
