18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 60 patients who underwent thoracoscopic heart surgery under general anesthesia were selected, including valve replacement, valve forming, atrial defect repair and ventricular defect repair; 2. ASA II -IV; 3. Aged 18 to 60 years; 4. In line with ethics, the patients voluntarily tested and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe spinal deformity; 2. Puncture site infection; 3. Anticoagulant therapy; 4. Morbid obesity (BMI > 40 kg / m^2); 5. Local anesthesia drug allergy; 6. Severe lung disease; 7. Liver and kidney dysfunction; 8. Mental illness, language communication disorders.
