Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Choose elective patients with peritoneal dialysis catheter implantation; 2.Male or female; 3.Aged 18 to 80 years; 4.ASA II-IV.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. To the amide class local anesthetics allergies ; 2. The puncture point or puncture path skin infection ; 3. Severe arrhythmia ; 4. The severe liver function damage ; 5. The pre-existent understanding ability difference, mental disorder, or central nervous system disorders and cannot cooperate; 6. Has a history of basin of abdominal surgery .
