Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. BMI > 35kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe deformities, traumas and tumors in the maxillofacial region; 2. Difficult airways that have been predicted.
