18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 80 years with gastroscopy; 2.ASA I-II grade.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with upper gastrointestinal surgery history; 2. Gastrointestinal anatomic abnormalities; 3. Upper gastrointestinal tumor history; 4. Pregnancy; 5. Diabetes or impaired glucose tolerance; 6. Use of drugs affecting gastric motility in recent 1 month ; 7. Refused the research project.
