Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged over 60 years; 2.ASA II~III; 3.The elder patients with VCI risk factors (including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and hyperhomocysteinemia) .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cervical spine surgery.
