Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The presence of malignant extrahepatic bile duct obstruction and intrahepatic bile duct dilatation was confirmed by imaging or pathological examination; 2. Radical surgical resection could not be performed due to advanced malignant tumor or concomitant disease; 3. Informed consent of the patient.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction or platelet abnormalities; 2. Patients with liver cirrhosis, severe esophagus stricture, and severe esophageal gastric varices; 3. Patients with severe diabetes, high refractory; 4. Patients who cannot tolerate endoscopic surgery.
