Experimental group1:After anesthesia induction, a single tube laryngeal mask was used to establish a supraglottic artificial airway.
Experimental group2:After anesthesia induction, a supraglottic artificial airway was established using a double-tube laryngeal mask.
Experimental group3:After anesthesia induction, an artificial airway was established by endotracheal intubation.

18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing selective gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia; 2.ASA classification i-ii; 3.Aged 18 to 60 years; 4.BMI18-24 kg/m^2; 5.They can communicate with doctors normally and cooperate with patients or their families to sign informed consent for preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative evaluation and tests.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Abnormal heart, lung, liver, or kidney function (e.g., severe sinus bradycardia, heart block, uncontrolled hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, severe diabetes).
