Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative diagnosis of lumbar tuberculosis and confirmed by postoperative pathological examination; 2. Single segment thoracic tuberculosis in adults; 3. Undergoing one stage posterior debridement with bone grafting and internal fixation; 4. Undergoing iliac bone graft, titanium mesh bone graft or autogenous granular bone graft; 5. The follow-up time was longer than 12 months and the follow-up data were complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous history of spinal surgery; 2.Active pulmonary tuberculosis, malignant tumor, etc.
