65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient's age is >= 65 years old; 2. ASA I-III level; 3. Patients with elective surgery who are not undergoing craniocerebral surgery; 4. Hospital stay >= 1 day; 5. Patients who are informed and agree to the purpose of the study after explanation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of cognitive dysfunction or mental illness; 2. Inability to communicate effectively with language; 3. Acute and chronic infections, malignant tumors have been clearly diagnosed with recurrence or metastasis after surgery; 4. Chronic pain is the continuation or deterioration of the pain state that has existed before the operation; 5. Patients entering ICU after surgery.
