Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.1-16 years old children with acute appendicitis (the diagnosis of acute appendicitis is based on clinical symptoms (abdominal pain, fever, vomiting), infection indicators (blood routine, CRP, PCT) and computed tomography (CT) and/or ultrasound (US) examinations : Manifested as dilation of the appendix lumen (outer diameter>6mm); thickening of the appendix tube wall>3mm); 2. After the doctor in charge introduces the three treatment methods in detail, the patient and (or) guardian sign a consent form, and choose any of the mERAT treatment, antibiotic conservative treatment, and laparoscopic appendectomy treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with appendiceal perforation, diffuse peritonitis or periappendiceal abscess; 2. Abdominal X-ray films indicating the causes of free air in abdominal cavity and acute abdomen such as urinary and gynecological diseases; 3. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary diseases who cannot tolerate endoscopy; 4. Suspected severe patients with shock, gastrointestinal perforation, intestinal necrosis, complete intestinal obstruction, etc; 5. Patients with gastrointestinal bleeding, whose blood pressure is not stable; 6. Patients with bleeding tendency and hemoglobin lower than 50g / L; 7. Children allergic to contrast medium; 8. Combined with other diseases requiring hospitalization.
