Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the informed consent form; 2. Meet the standards of healthy sleepers reported in the literature; 3. Age 18-65, no gender limit, Han nationality, right-handed; 4. Junior high school and above, MMSE>=24 points; 5. The daily bedtime in the past three months was between 9pm and 1am, and the daily bedtime was >=7 hours every night.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently or in the past suffering from mental illnesses and sleep disorders diagnosed by DSM-5; 2. Severe physical illness, night shift in the first 3 months or travelers crossing two time zones; 3. Take drugs that affect sleep at least 2 weeks before participating in the trial; during pregnancy and lactation.
