65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From April to October 2020, patients undergoing elective gastrointestinal surgery. Aged 65-85 years, ASA physical status class of I-III, heart function Level 1, BMI 18-30kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Carotid artery stenosis>50%, systolic blood pressure higher than 160 mm Hg, non-sinus rhythm, valvular heart disease, left ventricular ejection fraction < 50%; 2. Right heart failure, COPD, pulmonary hypertension, chronic kidney disease.
