Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to ICU due to infection, sepsis and septic shock; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or lactation; 2. Those who gave up treatment halfway after joining the group.
