Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The measured weight exceeds 20% of the standard weight; 2. The body mass index is more than 24; 3. The fat percentage exceeds 30%; 4. Waist cut point: male >=85cm, female >=80cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with endocrine and metabolic diseases (hypothalamic syndrome, diabetes, hypothyroidism, pituitary tumors, etc.), as well as patients who take hormones or psychotropic drugs for a long time; 2. Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, lung, liver and kidney, hematopoietic system, severe internal organ diseases (such as heart, cerebrovascular diseases, etc.) or infectious diseases; 3. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 4. Those who are using other forms of weight loss methods or have not stopped weight loss treatment for one month.
