Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Junior/senior high school students, aged 13-17 (including 13 and 17 years old), regardless of gender; 2. CES-D20 Depression Self-rating Scale >= 20 points; 3. Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) with a total score of 5-10; 4. Currently depressed mood (PHQ-9 depressive mood item >= 2 points), and one of the following 7 symptoms is PHQ-9 corresponding item >= 2 points: loss of interest, weight change, sleep symptoms, psychomotor retardation Or agitation, lack of energy, self-blame, loss of concentration; 5. Symptoms last for more than 2 weeks and less than 2 years; 6. Does not meet any of the diagnostic criteria for mental illness in the fourth edition of the American Diagnostic Classification Manual (DSM-4); 7. The patient himself and his guardian informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. In the past, it meets any of the diagnostic criteria for mental illness in the fourth edition of the American Diagnostic Classification Manual (DSM-4); 2. Currently taking antidepressant drugs; 3. Have received systematic psychotherapy in the past or currently.
