Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Physicians with junior, intermediate or senior titles who have participated in IFD diagnosis and treatment; 2. The department is the department of hematology, ICU, respiratory department, and infection department; 3. Willing to cooperate and participate in this research project; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Researchers believe that doctors who cannot cooperate with completing the questionnaire or have difficulty communicating.
