18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification I-III level; 2. Patients aged 18-65 years old undergoing elective radical resection of esophageal cancer; 3. Able to independently complete the cognitive level test; 4. Informed consent of patients; 5. The MMSE score is greater than or equal to 23 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with known drug allergies related to this study, severe heart, respiratory, kidney or liver diseases; 2. History of neurological or mental illness; 3. Have severe hearing or vision impairment; 4. Have a history of severe smoking and alcohol dependence; 5. Severe anxiety, depression or other abnormal emotions; 6. Other diseases that can lead to impaired cognitive function; 7. Accompanied by intracranial tumors.
