18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Cervical spondylotic myelopathy or radiculopathy; 2.Single level cervical spondylosis; 3.At least 3 months of conservative treatment ineffective.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.With other systemic diseases can not tolerate general anesthesia and surgery; 2.Severe osteoporosis; 3.Severe ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament; 4.Severe cervical deformity, tumor, infection and trauma; 5.Previous history of cervical spine surgery.
