Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients to be scheduled for thoracolunbar spinal operation under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Body mass index >= 30 kg/m2, basic heart rate <50 beats/min, abnormal liver and kidney function, pregnancy, abnormal hearing, mental retardation, long-term use of opioids or sedatives, and contraindications to the drugs used in this study; 2. History of difficult airway or maxillofacial surgery, chronic respiratory disease, respiratory tract infection, history of smoking, tracheal tube indwelling more than 4 hours or more than 1 hour after the operation without extubation, and transfer to the ICU with a tube after the operation.
