20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with elective percutaneous nephrolithotomy, aged 20to 60 years, weighing 45-75kg; 2. ASA grades are all I-II grades, regardless of gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Long-term use of analgesics; 2. Past history of kidney surgery; 3. Severe coagulation dysfunction and blood system diseases; 4. Local anesthetic allergy; systemic or puncture site infection; cognitive and language barriers that hinder participation; 5. Other conditions that the researcher believes that the patient does not meet the conditions of this study.
