Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA physical status I or II; 2. Patients aged 19 to 75 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of anaesthetic allergy; 2. Patients with severe liver, kidney, hematopoiesis and other diseases; 3. BMI>30kg/m2; 4. Pregnant women; 5. Long-term use of opioids (> 1 year); 6. Patients expecting difficult airway; 7. patients with daily bradycardia (HR<50 beats/min; 8. Arrhythmia.
