Pain after lung resection

Interventions

Group L:0.2µg/kg/h dexmedetomidine was continuously infused during the operation, and 0.2µg/kg dexmedetomidine was given 10min minutes before the end of the operation.
Group H:0.4µg/kg/h dexmedetomidine was continuously infused during the operation, and 0.2µg/kg dexmedetomidine was given 10min minutes before the end of the operation
Group C:Intraoperative continuous infusion of normal saline

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA physical status I or II; 2. Patients aged 19 to 75 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of anaesthetic allergy; 2. Patients with severe liver, kidney, hematopoiesis and other diseases; 3. BMI>30kg/m2; 4. Pregnant women; 5. Long-term use of opioids (> 1 year); 6. Patients expecting difficult airway; 7. patients with daily bradycardia (HR<50 beats/min; 8. Arrhythmia.

Resting and exercise NRS scores;Mechanical pain threshold in the peri-operative area and right forearm (the vertical distance of palmar elbow print is 3, 6, 9cm);Patient satisfaction with postoperative pain control;
