Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with joint pain as the chief complaint; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis; 3. Feasible clinical standard treatment in pain department; 4. Voluntarily participate in active health management and actively implement active health guidance programs; 5. No disease with impaired consciousness and cognitive decline, able to communicate and interact normally; 6. Have a smart phone and be able to use it normally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Are participating in other intervention measures; 2. Knee osteoarthritis caused by other systemic diseases; 3. Lack of mobile devices that can complete health management.
