Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with acute coronary syndrome.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe complications occurred during PCI; 2. Known to be intolerant or allergic to aspirin, clopidogrel and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 3. It is expected that the surgical operation that needs to stop the use of antiplatelet drugs will be performed within 1 year; 4. At the same time, oral anticoagulant drugs are required; 5. Past history of cerebral hemorrhage, stroke occurred within six months; 6. Platelets are less than 100 x 10^9/L, and hemoglobin is less than 90g/L; 7. Severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction, blood system diseases, immunodeficiency diseases, bleeding diseases, malignant tumor diseases, failure of other organs and systems, etc.; 8. Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 9. Inability to understand or obey the research procedures and follow-up.
