Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patiens undergo transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthsia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Body mass index >= 30 kg/m2; 2. Abnormal liver and kidney function, acute inflammation, pregnancy, inability to obey instructions, long-term use of opioids or benzodiazepines; 3. Those who are allergic to the drugs used in this study, and those who changed to open surgery during the operation and placed a drainage tube after the operation.
